FCL (Full Container Load) means your cargo fills an entire container. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares a container with other shipments. FCL is faster and recommended for cargo over 15 CBM.

Yes. We are certified to handle IMO Class 1-9 dangerous goods. We arrange DG containers, dangerous cargo air freight, and charter of dangerous vessels. MSDS and DG packing certificates required.

Yes. We provide 20RF and 40RF reefer containers with temperature control from -25°C to +25°C, gensets for inland legs, and continuous temperature monitoring for perishables, frozen food, pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
Yes. We arrange all-risk marine cargo insurance issued by major international insurers, on a per-shipment basis. Simply tell your sales representative before vessel departure and we will issue the insurance certificate together with the shipping documents.
Bill of Lading (B/L), packing list, commercial invoice, and certificates of origin as required by the destination country. For dangerous goods we also prepare MSDS, DG packing certificates and IMDG declarations. Documents are sent electronically by email.
Yes. Besides port-to-port, we handle complete door-to-door service: factory pickup anywhere in China, export customs clearance, ocean or air freight, import clearance at destination, and last-mile delivery under DDP, DAP or other Incoterms.
Yes. We operate warehouses in Shenzhen, Ningbo and Shanghai, offering storage with free periods, consolidation of goods from multiple suppliers, quality inspection, repacking, labeling and container loading.

There is no minimum order. LCL (less than container load) shipments starting from 1 CBM are welcome. For cargo over 15 CBM, a full container (FCL) is usually more economical and faster.
We quote and ship under EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP. Tell us your preferred Incoterm, pickup address and destination, and we will build the full routing around it.
Standard air freight from Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong or Shanghai typically reaches major destinations worldwide in 3-7 days including customs; express services are faster. We handle normal, temperature-sensitive and dangerous goods air cargo in full IATA compliance.
Yes. SHAQ is licensed for IMO Class 1-9 dangerous goods by both sea and air. For lithium batteries, chemicals and flammable goods we provide IATA-compliant packaging, documentation (MSDS, UN38.3 test summary for batteries) and carrier booking.
20GP, 40GP and 40HQ standard dry containers; 20RF and 40RF reefers; Open Top and Flat Rack for out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo; ISO tanks via partners for liquids. Live rates for all container types are available on our platform.
